This afternoon the Volunteers were alerted to the 900 block of Lime Valley Rd for a Class 1 Accident. Units from 54 and 50 arrived to a vehicle overturned with a female laying in the grass. Personnel checked on the female while also addressing a large fuel spill from the vehicle. Engine 54-1 layed a blanket of foam with the Pro Pak to suppress the vapors from the gas leak. EMS transported one person. Units were clear in a short time.
Later in the evening the Company was dispatched to the 300 block of Lancaster Pike South for brush. Engines 1 and 2 responded and found a couple small areas of grass burning along the highway. Engine 2 made quick work of the first small fire and Engine 1's crew checked on the other spots.
