Tours of building are available Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm.
Rental procedure: email alstarr@wsfc512.com to request a date or tour. If you decide to go through with it, a contract will be emailed to you. Please read, print, sign, and return with $100 cash or check (Willow Street Fire Co). On the side of the fire station, there is a red alarm box with a red light, use the black drop box next to it. Let the coordinator know once things have been dropped off and you'll be scheduled. Due to the volume of rental requests, dates are only reserved once non-refundable deposit has been received. Dates cannot be held otherwise. The total for the day is $350, the remaining balance of $250 is due by the morning of the event.
Alcohol Policy: Requires an additional alcohol contract, a $150 deposit (check will be shredded following event with approval), and a special event insurance policy of a minimum of $1,000,000 naming Willow Street Fire Co as the beneficiary. You may shop around for rates or request a convenient link to event helper. This can be added right up until the event, it does not need to be ready in order to reserve the date.

- Rental includes kitchen, tables, chairs, and dumpster. Kitchen includes commercial fridge, chest freezer, sink, and gas range with oven. No other appliances available, but can be rented elsewhere.
- Building has heat, but no AC. Garage doors can be opened during warmer months.
- Bounce houses permitted outdoors with approval, must have liability insurance purchased with proof
- Wifi is not available inside building
- Gregg and Alisa are both volunteers, please respect their time and energy during this process.
