On Monday 3/13 the Rescue responded on the working fire assignment assisting Lancaster City on a dwelling. City Fire units arrived with fire in a vacant row home that had been condemned and marked as a "no entry" building. The fire quickly spread down the line of houses through a common open attic space. The Rescue was originally sent to do RIT, but as the call quickly upgraded to a second and then third alarm, the crew was put to work attacking fire and protecting exposures. The Rescue was on scene for several hours assisting. Photo credit to Capitol City Photos, and John Fazekas.
