At around 1830 hrs , units from the West Lampeter Twp fire companies and Lafayette Fire Co were dispatched to the 1600 blk of Morningside Dr for smoke coming from a house. Chief 541 arrived with smoke showing from all sides and a working fire on the 2nd floor. Truck 50 arrived assisted with interior operations while the outside team got ladders up and the stick to the roof. Engine 502 arrived and laid a supply line in for the first due engine. Crews worked for the next 3 hours hitting hot spots and doing extensive overhaul on the 2nd floor.

Rescue / Engine 66 ( Lancaster Twp) and Tower 43 ( Gordonville ) covered the township while units operated. Rescue/ Engine 66 covered a medical assist while units were operating at the house fire.
